At the UN, religious leaders present the Eco Bible with the ten commandments and the third climate pact

During the UN’s COP27 climate change conference in Egypt, religious leaders from different faith traditions gathered in Sinai, London, and Jerusalem to repent of their climate sins and unveil what one organizer said was a “complement” to the Ten Commandments “. In this interview with Foreign Correspondent and Executive Editor Alex Newman, the figures also touch on the so-called “Third Covenant,” based on two covenants mentioned in the Bible. The controversial exercise, closely tied to U.N. efforts to involve religious figures, has drawn intense criticism from various Christian voices and Americans who focus on globalism and efforts to unite the world’s religions. The leaders also discussed their vision for interfaith cooperation in tackling everything from perceived environmental concerns to consumerism and materialism.
